Trust & Security
How we verify
Match quality is the product. These are the mechanisms that protect it.
Verified before listed
Every provider passes business and profile verification before it can appear in search. Capability claims carry their sources, and Google trust signals add an independent layer you can inspect on the profile.
Claims carry their sources
Certifications and capability claims show where they came from. An unsourced claim never becomes a hard-match filter.
Google trust signals
Reviews, business listings, longevity. Each provider's public Google footprint feeds in as an independent trust input you can inspect on the profile.
Badges are earned
Verified Business is the onboarding gate every provider clears — not a trust badge. The earned badges — Top Rated, Reliable Fulfiller, Top Performer, Fast Responder — come from real shipper reviews and on-platform history. No provider can buy one.
Ranking is never for sale
Match ranking is pure relevance and never for sale. Featured placement is always clearly labeled and never changes a provider's match score or position in your results. A provider that fits your requirements outranks one that does not, regardless of what either pays — match quality is the product, and nothing on the platform is for sale that would compromise it.
What the score means
Fit, not quality. The match score weighs geography, capacity, services, and performance against your brief, and every score shows its reasons. A deterministic engine does the matching with fixed scoring rules: same inputs, same results, every time.
Data & privacy
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and logged. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers of any kind. You can export or delete your account data from Settings at any time.
Our full Privacy Policy covers what we collect, how we use it, your export and deletion rights, and our regional commitments.
Common questions
How are providers verified?
Every provider passes business and profile verification before it can appear in search. Capability claims carry their sources, and Google trust signals add an independent layer.
Can providers pay to rank higher?
No. Match ranking is pure relevance and never for sale. Featured placement is always clearly labeled and never changes a provider's match score or position in your results. A provider that fits your requirements outranks one that does not, regardless of what either pays.
What does the match score mean?
Fit, not quality. It weighs geography, capacity, services, and performance against your brief, and every score shows its reasons.
Does Eleanor decide the matches?
No. Eleanor runs the conversation: she reads what you ship and structures it into a sourcing profile. A deterministic engine does the matching with fixed scoring rules. Same inputs, same results, every time.
How fast is a match?
Your shortlist arrives in minutes. If coverage is thin, Eleanor flags the gap instead of inventing matches.
